SSID is unique. Our goal is to focus solely on the technical gaps within a diverse set of portfolio companies. We then leverage our ownership or relationship with these companies to provide a vibrant set of services to the public.

Our strategy is twofold. Firstly, we invest in early-stage, technology-driven or technically oriented companies. Secondly, we leverage the skills, expertise and intellectual property developed within the companies we have invested in (our portfolio companies) to provide a variety of consulting services to a range of mature companies.

Every organisation we work with (whether it be a short-term engagement or long-term investment) is as unique and as diverse as the people we deal with within these companies. Our position in these organisations may be as simple as being a service provider where measurable outcomes are derived from our time and knowledge investment. In other instances, we are the driving force behind these companies with a significant share of the operation and a director or executive level oversight of the company.
